In Memory of Dexter Allen

In the night of 23rd Dec, a commercial flight from Baku (Azerbaijan) to Aktau (Kazakhstan) crashed shortly after take off. There were no survivors from the 23 people onboard. It deeply saddens me to have to inform you that Dexter Allen, was one of the passengers.
I have included a photo of Dexter that is very much the Dexter that I knew ... he always had a big smile on his face ! I am sure that those of you that knew him will also remember him this way.

Our most heartfelt feelings of sorrow go out to his wife, Susie, his teenage children Darren and Rachelle, to his parents Trevor and Phyllis and to all of his family. May he rest in peace.
